Magellan Partners Group acquires MMH Ingénierie, a French specialist in consulting and integration of SAP solutions

The Magellan Partners Group announces the acquisition of MMH Ingénierie, a company specializing in consulting, development and integration of SAP solutions and migration to SAP S/4Hana. This acquisition, the Group’s 11th, adds a new skill to its existing service offering and addresses a major market. This acquisition is in line with the Group’s 2025 strategic plan, which aims to support companies in all aspects of their digital transformation.

 

With 18 years of experience, MMH Ingénierie has 60 employees and a turnover of 7 million euros in 2021. By joining Magellan Partners, MMH Ingénierie brings new skills to the Group, dedicated to consulting, development and implementation of SAP solutions. Magellan Partners and MMH Ingénierie are also positioning themselves together as experts in migrations to S/4Hana.

 

This acquisition is part of the implementation of Magellan Partners’ 2025 Strategic Plan, which aims to reach 375 million euros in sales and 3,000 employees by 2025. With this in mind, Magellan Partners welcomed CAPZA as a minority shareholder in January 2021. As a leading private equity investor in SMEs, CAPZA is supporting the Group in its external acquisition strategy with an investment envelope of €100 million.

 

MMH ingénierie will continue to exist as a subsidiary entirely dedicated to SAP technology within the Magellan Partners group and will have its own General Management.

 

This acquisition aims to accelerate the development of MMH Ingénierie to become a leading French player dedicated exclusively to consulting, project management assistance, development of SAP solutions and migration to SAP S/4Hana.

 

This strategic acquisition allows Magellan Partners to offer its clients, large accounts, SMEs, ETIs and public sector players, the benefit of sought-after expertise in the midst of a technological revolution. By developing its SAP offer, the Group will be able to provide complete answers to new needs in this field, such as the migration to S/4Hana.

 

MMH Ingénierie offers technical expertise on SAP and S/4HANA, the latest disruptive system in the publisher’s ERP software range for large companies. MMH Ingénierie provides a complete service to design applications and ensure their proper functioning on all the publisher’s modules. In particular, the company ensures security on SAP, thanks to the risk authorization, GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) and IDM (Identity Management) processes.

 

For its part, MMH Ingénierie will have the opportunity to develop its activity on a wider perimeter thanks to the establishment of Magellan Partners on its market.

 

The synergies at the heart of the industrial project of this acquisition are intended to enable MMH Ingénierie to become a pure player and the French reference in SAP technology.

 

One of the major objectives is the development of new services by promoting synergies with the other entities of the Magellan Partners group. The development of data and Artificial Intelligence modules around SAP and the development of design services are notably part of the roadmap.

 

This merger was facilitated by the common vision of the two entities, whose clear objective is to participate in the creation of sustainable digital innovation by offering an end-to-end approach, from upstream consulting (choice of tool, roadmap, scoping, business plan) and project management to solution maintenance, including design, build and operate.
