NewBound: Magellan Partners Group creates its 8th entity

The leaders of the Magellan Partners Group announce the creation of their 8th entity, NewBound, specializing in the consulting and integration of Selligent and PROS solutions. This operation is part of the 2021-2025 strategic plan of Magellan Partners, a leader in digital business transformation, which is set to strengthen its position in the French Customer Relationship Management market by launching a new business that covers two solutions that specialize in customer management, marketing products and sales automation services for companies.
Magellan Partners is a group specializing in Organizational Consulting and Information Systems, deeply rooted in Technologies and Data. With more than 1,250 consultants and revenues of €145M in 2021, the Group created NewBound to offer a new range of services to companies that want to rethink the link and interactions with their customers. The 40 staff of this new company are all experts in Selligent and PROS technologies, two historical players in customer relations specializing in CRM, Cloud marketing and CPQ tools. Used by key French companies and strongly established within SMEs and middle-market companies, these solutions provide sales and marketing departments with highly scalable, customizable tools to meet the automation and modernization needs of the corporate customer journey. They also offer customized services for the aeronautics, transport, insurance and mutual insurance sectors.
This project launched by Magellan Partners means the Group now covers the entire value chain of digital transformation on Selligent and PROS tools: from consulting, through project management support, to the integration and development of these solutions. Magellan Partners is now positioned as the leading Selligent specialist and one of the leading PROS players in France.
As part of the creation of this new entity, Magellan Partners acquired AoOMuKi, a Selligent expert in 2019. Its teams have been incorporated within NewBound and now strengthen the technical and sectoral expertise of the Group’s teams. This is Magellan Partners’ 8th acquisition, and the 4th since 2019. The Group is already looking for new staff, in particular CRM experts, to join the adventure in 2021.
The creation of this new entity allows Magellan Partners to achieve strong market potential by developing two solutions that are ever-more present in large companies and already well established in SMEs/middle-market companies. I am very pleased with the acquisition of AoOMuKi, which strengthens the Group's know-how by adding acknowledged, experienced expertise in the Selligent market which positions us directly as a key player on the market.
