Magellan Partners acquires Keralia Consulting and creates the new French ServiceNow champion

The leaders of the Magellan Partners Group announce the acquisition of Keralia Consulting, a specialist in the transformation and optimization of business services (IT, Customer Services, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.). This operation is part of the strategic plan of the Magellan Partners Group, a leader in the digital transformation of companies in mainland France. In January 2021, the Magellan Partners Group welcomed CAPZA, a leading private equity investor in SMEs/middle-market companies, as a minority shareholder to support its external acquisition strategy with an investment budget of €100 million. It was the first acquisition kicking off the implementation of Magellan Partners’ 2021-2025 strategic plan.
Magellan Partners is a group specializing in Organizational Consulting and Information Systems, deeply rooted in Technologies and Data. With more than 1,240 consultants and revenues of some €145 million in 2021, with the acquisition of Keralia Consulting, the Group plans to reach €350 million in revenues and 3,000 employees in 2025 by achieving organic growth of 15% and pursuing a targeted external growth strategy.
Magellan Partners acquires Keralia Consulting in order to strengthen its consulting and IT activities specialized in Enterprise Service Management (ESM), allowing it to expand its range of offerings and services. With 40 consultants and revenues of €5M in 2020, Keralia Consulting specializes in the ServiceNow platform, a leading software suite for the management of IT, HR and customer services within companies. This acquisition is perfectly in line with the Group’s strategy that aims to support companies in all aspects of their digital transformation thanks to the twin skills of its teams: business expertise and high specialization in the market’s leading technologies. The acquisition of Keralia Consulting allows Magellan Partners to welcome expert teams, capable of undertaking large-scale ServiceNow projects and supporting companies in the transformation of their IT services and organization.
This project initiated by Magellan Partners has led to the creation of a French champion specializing in the ServiceNow solution. This is Magellan Partners’ 7th acquisition, and the 3rd since 2019.
The crossover of the two companies’ business activities now makes Magellan Partners a specialist in the ServiceNow market in France. The Group is changing the name from Keralia Consulting to Yunit thus affirming, through the merger of these two entities, its ambition to become a major player in the consulting and integration of ESM technologies in France.
